Today we have "Buzz" who volunteers to allow us to video the injection of his right foot plantar fasciitis. "Buzz" has done all the right things... He has changed to a different pair of shoes with better cushioning and he has been wearing a pair of gel inserts. Still he is suffering with the pain of plantar fasciitis.
If you feel the need to span our comments area with your home-grown remedy for plantar fasciitis then please don't. You are wasting your time.
